This project became an internet moment!
We worked with the Joy Family of Pure Joy Home on this renovation in Fairfield Beach. We started with an existing cape house and removed the roof to add another two floors of living space and bring the house up to the new FEMA standards. The architectural details like exposed rafter tails, cable railings and board and batten siding, result in a ‘Coastal Farmhouse’ style that is a fresh addition to this shoreline community.
Along with GLD Design Home interiors we gave this active family of five room to grow as well as beautiful backdrop for their ever-expanding online presence as a showcase for the products and lifestyle they represent.
